The curriculum included topics such as communication, networking and diversity in the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our training ambassador is now helping young people to make informed decisions about their professional future. Schools benefit from the enrichment of lessons. And we as a company promote the personal and professional skills of our trainees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Best of all, for the trainees themselves, the role of training ambassador is a good opportunity to develop their skills, gain experience and expand their professional network.<br>Not just a win-win, but a win-win-win!
