The current decision in the Bundestag on the Building Energy Act (GEG) and the present draft bill make it clear once again that good planning not only makes buildings energy-efficient, but also economical and liveable in the long term - in both new and existing buildings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Particularly against the backdrop of increasing requirements and statutory regulations, planning reliability through sound expertise in building physics and energy efficiency is becoming a decisive factor.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n We prepare thermal insulation certificates and develop individual refurbishment roadmaps (iSFP) as well as holistic refurbishment concepts. As energy efficiency experts, we provide support for KfW and BAFA funding programs - especially in the refurbishment of existing buildings.
