It has been a fixture at Trebes for years: the Kiel.Lauf.
And so we took part again as a team of 15 on September 10 and ran the majority of the 10.4 km route.
With 17°C and clear to cloudy weather, the course alternated between calm and "action-packed" sections. This was ensured, among other things, by the 4 DJs, who called out the names of the respective runners and thus spurred on the athletes - in addition to the spectators. The bands also created an exuberant atmosphere with their drum rolls!
In addition to the fun, our placings were also impressive: "From 1st place in the second (M30) and 4th place in the highest age group (M65) to 1,231st place (out of 3,105) in the overall standings, we were also well represented in the midfield!" said team manager Lasse Kohrn.
