Dipl.-Ing. Horst Trebes laid the first stone of the engineering team in 1971 - with a team of three. Today, 53 years later, we have over 90 employees. The locations have increased to five and with them the number of projects of different sizes and requirements: From structural design to testing and building physics to civil engineering.

From 2021

2024: Dipl.-Ing. Michael Thiele and Ing. Kolja Trebes M.Sc. head the newly founded location in Hamburg as Managing Directors.
2024: Dipl.-Ing. Kai Trebes takes well-deserved retirement from management.
2024: Dipl.-Ing. Matthias Beth expands the management of the engineering team Trebes in Kiel.
2024: Dipl.-Ing. Anke Mau, Ing. Florian Hein M.Sc. and Ing. Susann Ewert M.Eng. are appointed as authorized signatories.
2023: The engineering team Trebes in Rendsburg becomes an independent GmbH with the managing directors Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing. Christian Rahder and Dipl.-Ing. Dirk Petersen.
2022: Dipl.-Ing. Michael Thiele expands the management of the engineering team Trebes + Eichler, Flensburg.
2022: Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing. Christian Rahder receives power of attorney.
2021: The engineering team celebrates its 50th anniversary.
2021: The engineering team opens its 4th branch in Rostock in addition to the locations in Rendsburg, Kiel and Flensburg.

2011 - 2020

2020: Dipl.-Ing. Stephan Hansen expands the management of the engineering team Trebes + Eichler in Flensburg.
2019: Managing Director Dipl.-Ing. Martin Scholz retires and leaves the company after 38 years.
2014/2015/2018: Dipl.-Ing. Matthias Beth/Dipl.-Ing. Dirk Weishaupt/Dipl.-Ing. Dirk Petersen are each appointed as authorized signatories.
2014/2018: Dr.-Ing. Michael Wichers (2014) and Dipl.-Ing. Wigand Grawe (2018) are appointed as test engineers for stability (VPI).
2014: The new Trebes + Eichler GmbH is established in Flensburg and cooperates with Dipl.-Ing. Marc Eichler in the management of the Trebes Group.
2013: The Rendsburg office relocates to new premises on the NOK - the Kiel office moves to the Merkurhaus on Dreiecksplatz together with the Preetz company

2001 - 2010

2010: Merger of the Kiel and Rendsburg offices to form Ingenieurteam Trebes GmbH & Co. KG.
2010: Integration of Schönfeld Beratende Ingenieure GmbH.
2010: Dr.-Ing. Michael Wichers and Dipl.-Ing. Rafikh Ben-Hassen become co-partners (until 2012) of the Ingenieurteam Trebes Group.

1991 - 2000

1995: Dipl.-Ing. Kai Trebes becomes an examiner for structural engineering verifications in railroad construction in administrative procedures of the Federal Railway Authority, fields of activity: steel and solid construction.
1992: After the retirement of the company founder Dipl.-Ing. Horst Trebes, Dipl.-Ing. Kai Trebes becomes the sole owner of the engineering office Trebes.
1991: Dipl.-Ing. Kai Trebes is appointed test engineer for structural analysis, specializing in solid, metal and timber construction (VPI).
