Building physics and energy consulting

For comfortable, energy-efficient and durable buildings.

Building physics ensures a healthy indoor climate, protects the building fabric from damage and permanently reduces energy consumption and operating costs.

As experienced building physics engineers and energy consultants, we make a decisive contribution to sustainable and future-proof construction.

Services

We plan and optimize new and existing residential and non-residential buildings. Our aim is to provide energy-efficient, comfortable and sustainable solutions.

  • Energy balancing for residential and non-residential buildings (GEG certificates)

  • Summer thermal insulation including thermal building simulation

  • Preparation of energy performance certificates (demand and consumption certificates)

  • Building physics certificates for thermal bridges, moisture protection and airtightness

  • Specialist planning and energy-related construction supervision

  • Funding advice and support for KfW and BAFA-funded projects

  • Life cycle analyses (LCA) and life cycle assessment

  • Individual refurbishment roadmaps (iSFP) and holistic refurbishment concepts

Building physics and energy consulting

We support building owners, planners, companies and private individuals with sound energy advice and develop customized, economical energy concepts. Thanks to the close cooperation between structural design and building physics, we often provide holistic and practical support for projects from the early planning phases onwards.

Our services include GEG certificates, energy performance certificates, refurbishment schedules and building physics calculations for thermal and moisture protection.

We use thermal building simulations for summer heat insulation as well as life cycle assessments and life cycle analyses to optimize buildings for comfort and sustainability.

As energy efficiency experts, we accompany projects from planning to implementation and provide support with KfW and BAFA funding programs.

The aim is to create buildings that are energy-efficient, sustainable and economical.
