You can't miss it - the future Citti headquarters on Mühlendamm in Kiel. After 1.5 years of construction, the topping-out ceremony for the construction project, which is estimated to cost 25 million euros, was held on July 16.
Connected to the store by a 2-storey intermediate building, the 22-metre-high structure will house the IT headquarters of the pan-European company from May 2024. The architects from AX5 designed the 6-storey building plus underground car park with a gross floor area of 8,000 m² in classic solid construction with red clinker brick. The floor plan design ensures the required flexible room layout.
The engineering team Trebes carried out the structural design LP 1-6. In terms of flexibility, we ensured a variable room layout by minimizing the columns and large spans, among other things, making it easy for users to make adjustments at a later date.
