Your profile:
- Successfully completed civil engineering studies (Dr.-Ing., Dipl.-Ing., M.Eng., M.Sc.)
- Sound specialist knowledge of structural testing in accordance with DIN 1076
- VFIB certification (desirable, alternatively we are happy to offer appropriate further training)
- Very good self-organization and ability to work independently
- Initiative, assertiveness and advisory skills
- Class B driving license for the company car
- Class C1 driving license (desirable)
- Operator's license for lifting platforms/elevating work platforms (desirable)
- Knowledge of the SIB-Bauwerke program
- Willingness for further training
Your tasks:
- Organization and implementation of building inspections
- Preparation of measurement reports
- Creation of damage sketches
- Preparation of test reports
- Recommendations for measures/repairs
- Preparation of expert opinions
- Preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities and construction specifications
- Support for refurbishment measures
