Your profile:
- Completed engineering degree (Dipl.-Ing., Master, Bachelor) in an appropriate course of study
- Alternatively: Construction technician with professional experience
- Basic knowledge of the system technology required for heat generation/ventilation (planning)
- Certification as an energy consultant (e.g. KFW, BAFA) or KFW consultant is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
- Willingness for further training
- Thinking and acting with foresight, coupled with initiative and the ability to work in a team
Your tasks:
- Preparation of energy saving certificates in accordance with GEG for residential and non-residential buildings in accordance with DIN 4108-6 or 4701-10 and DIN 18599
- Humidity calculations with transient and hygrothermal methods
- Thermal bridge calculation using the finite element method
- Preparation of kfw applications and support during implementation
- Solar and energy optimization
- Independent coordination of system technology with building services planners
