Special features:
- Construction in existing buildings parallel to demolition of existing buildings
- Due to the slope and the existing strata water, the (technical) basement and the underground garage (NF 925 m²) are designed as a waterproof construction
- Spans with system lengths of up to 40 m
- Use of the staircase cores together with ceiling and wall panels to reinforce the building
- Sanitary structures as prefabricated bathroom cells
