Special features:
- High demands on the supporting structure due to the extensive technical expansion of the IT infrastructure (vibration protection, encapsulation, air conditioning)
- Two continuous atrium areas framed by cantilevered floors of the individual ceiling structures
- High column clearance due to combination of semi-precast elements and prestressed concrete hollow core slabs
- Accelerated implementation of the construction project with the help of fully prefabricated parts for the wall structures
