- Construction of the load-bearing structure as reinforced concrete or precast prestressed concrete elements to ensure the increased requirements for surface quality and durability
- Concept as a deep foundation with pile lengths of up to 36 m in the subsoil near the fjord
- Due to the presence of groundwater and stratum water, implementation of the basement level as a waterproof construction
- Design of all swimming pools as elevated waterproof structures for inspection and maintenance of the pool floors
