Special features:
- Solid construction (reinforced concrete, masonry) with shallow foundation
- Increased requirements for the structural analysis of the filigree load-bearing structures of the central atrium
- Observance of geometric and material non-linearities and laws
- Partial basement as waterproof construction in service class A
- Curved roof construction as reinforced concrete slab with extensive green roof
- To speed up the project, use of semi- and fully prefabricated elements for the storey and roof ceilings as well as for the load-bearing walls, some of which are room-high
