Our entire team came together again this year for the MA night party - this time with a view of the water on the Unterwarnow in Rostock.
We started with an interactive city rally: in mixed groups, we made our way through the city. The tasks were tricky and as varied as we were - sometimes technical, sometimes creative, sometimes analytical. From quiz questions to spontaneous theater interludes to real challenges, everything was included. In the evening, we celebrated like crazy - with an award ceremony, delicious food and a great atmosphere that lasted well into the night.
What once began as an alternative to the winter Christmas party in Corona times is now an integral part of the office culture. Our MAInachtsfeier brings our 5 locations together and shows what makes us special: team spirit, creativity and sustainable ideas.
