Your profile:
- Completed studies in the field of civil engineering (Dr.-Ing., Dipl.-Ing., M. Sc.), ideally supplemented by an additional business qualification/training
- Several years of professional experience in the field of structural design
- Knowledge of the construction industry
- Team and leadership skills
- Thinking and acting economically
- Independent and committed way of working
- A driver's license and willingness to travel within Lower Saxony and neighboring states
Your tasks:
- Managing the Hanover location, with responsibility for financial and personnel matters
- Establishment and development of the Hanover location with support from the Trebes Group
- Development, formulation, and implementation of strategic goals in collaboration with the managing directors
- Ensuring economic success in terms of sustainability and maximizing value creation
- Systematic support for important customers, business partners and subcontractors
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through the best possible technical solutions and the highest quality
- Personnel management and development
- Promoting sustainable motivation and employee satisfaction
- Constant market observation in order to recognize trends and changes as early as possible
