We thought so too and were very happy to support our office management trainee in her qualification as a training ambassador (IHK). The curriculum included topics such as communication, networking and diversity in the company.
Our training ambassador is now helping young people to make informed decisions about their professional future. Schools benefit from the enrichment of lessons. And we as a company promote the personal and professional skills of our trainees.
