Vink Chemicals builds the future - we help plan it!

At the end of 2024, the German family-owned company Vink Chemicals gave the go-ahead for the construction of a new chemical plant in Schwerin Industrial Park. Among other things, a production and filling building, numerous pipe bridges and extensive process plants are being built on the site - all in steel construction.
Plant construction will begin in summer 2025, with completion of the entire project planned for mid-2026. Investment volume: over 30 million euros.

Our team provided the structural analysis for the approval and implementation planning of the steel structures. The production building (WxLxH) measuring 16 x 69 x 20 m is particularly eye-catching: reactors and process plants for chemical production are arranged on four levels. The pipelines required for this are routed via various pipe bridges up to 36 m long and 8 m high.

Following design, calculation and assembly planning, the components were prefabricated in the factory and could be installed on site with shorter assembly times thanks to well thought-out planning. The steel structures not only offer stability, but also flexibility for future requirements.
