- Implementation of high security-relevant requirements (bullet-resistant components, access options)
- Execution of the pipe duct and pipe cellar as a waterproof construction
- Reinforced concrete ceilings in combination with long-span beams (some mounted on haunched supports) for large spans while optimizing the weight of the structure and providing a high degree of flexibility for extensions and conversions
