Special features:
- Rectangular cubature with flat roof and four full storeys
- Event rooms on the ground floor can be varied in size thanks to folding partition walls
- Design of the third floor as a staggered storey
- Floor slabs made of prefabricated slabs with in-situ concrete additions, truss columns and truss walls or triple walls
- Ensuring the building is stiffened by floor slabs in conjunction with shear walls (arranged one above the other on the floors)
- Shallow foundation on strip or individual foundations
- Option to enlarge the offices and meeting rooms (12 to 18 m²) on the three upper floors in the event of conversion
- Photovoltaic system for the in-house grid
