5-storey multifunctional building (NF 13,300 m²) with 7 cinemas, a wellness and sports area over 4 floors, gastronomy and music club as well as a retail area and 7-storey parking garage (NF 12,000 m²)

Special features:
- Ensuring flexible changes to wall positions and room layouts adapted to the respective use
- Possibility of dividing the 10 m high auditoriums into two storeys by installing a ceiling
- Construction of the underground garage as a waterproof structure
- Development of a concreting concept with shrinkage lanes to minimize constraining forces and reinforcing steel masses
- Thanks to flat slab systems for the floor slab design, minimization of beams in the structural design for the extensive building services and building technology
- Realization of the ceiling spans of 15 m in the area of the cinemas by means of prestressed semi-prefabricated parts
- Minimization of formwork costs and support during concreting in the course of slab production through the use of semi-precast slabs (Filigran)
- Possibility of demolishing the building down to the underground garage and ground floor and adding individual storeys after demolition.
- Consideration of a column grid with load application points and a debris load approach
