  • Planning and implementation period of only 10 months
  • Combination of precast reinforced concrete elements (columns) and steel construction (roof structure)
  • Ridge height of the pitched roof approx. 14 m, prefabricated solid wall girders with a span of up to 40 m
  • Determination of impact loads due to heavy transport equipment (tare weight 100 tons) in consultation with the responsible testing authority (dynamic investigation)
  • Preparation of a wind technology report to determine realistic wind loads, in particular for the case of hall opening in strong winds.
  • Most difficult subsoil conditions with aggravation due to groundwater attacking concrete and contaminated soils
