  • Harmonious overall design including the parking spaces and access road
  • Skeletal load-bearing structure with circular steel columns, crossed bracing at roof and wall level
  • Integrated truss girders in the wall plane for bridging large spans

  • Soil susceptible to subsidence and existing soil shafts to be converted
  • Planning of an elastically bedded floor slab with reinforcement areas for the load-bearing columns
