Special features:
- Harmonious overall design including the parking spaces and access road
- Skeletal load-bearing structure with circular steel columns, crossed bracing at roof and wall level
- Integrated truss girders in the wall plane for bridging large spans
- Partially curved exterior façade and cladding with perforated sheets/Alucobond
- Soil susceptible to subsidence and existing soil shafts to be converted
- Planning of an elastically bedded floor slab with reinforcement areas for the load-bearing columns
- Measuring and building over the existing foundation for a smooth and flexible transition to the existing structure
